love triangle

so my sister is 16. she is involved in one of the most complex love triangles i've ever heard of. luckily she's in high school so there's no sex involved, like you'd see in a movie, actually there's not even any dating involved. but there most certainly is a "love" triangle.

so here we go at my attempt to explain it all (in short)

Dakota: JuniorStarted Liking her: 7th grade.
Activities (they've done together): Hiking trip, YL club
Hobbies: Texting Beth constantly, buying her gifts on his vacations
Declaration: "Cares deeply"


Ross: SeniorStarted Liking her: This year
Activities: Musicals, classes, Madrigals, Lunch dates
Hobbies: Texting her this: "I love you Beth and always will"Declaration: 12 days of Christmas countdown involving a gift on her doorstep leading up to Christmas including a solar system set, apples to apples, jewelry, chocolate, soundtrack music -- all her passions.


Brody: Sophomore
Started Liking her: Last month
Activities: Sadie Hawkins date
Hobbies: Not sure, he's the new guy
Declaration: Having his mom drive him to her house with a giant cookie with frosting spelling out "Prom?" and then asked her to prom (2 months early). He ended up having to come upstairs and ask our dad for permission. Prom date.


Ok. Here's the thing. She doesn't like any of them. All of them like her ALOT. All of them have gone to extremes to win her over. All of them have spent countless hours planning how to woe her and express their feelings. She has rejected all of them. Oh man ... isn't high school great?
